Where do I begin the “4 Step” Program? |
| A:
Beginners should start the CD ROMs by beginning with Practice Tips. Use the pull down menu and just follow the progression of steps. Advanced players should begin with Fast Track. Use the pull down menu and follow the Track progression. All the other lessons are interconnected to the Practice Tips and Fast Track Section. If you do not follow the instruction you will not receive the full benefit of String Master. |

Downloaded your demo - installed it and am getting GDI error. Have Win ME OS. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of time and still get the GDI error. Do not get it with any other application. |

This is a Windows 98/Me bug anticipated by Microsoft. I understand that you don't have this error with other applications but
this could be because they don't use Windows programming interface as extensively as the Mid-sequencer does. This error is
not fixable in program code. It can only be resolved by updating drivers and applying system service packs.
According to Microsoft this error could happen with different applications in the following case:

I purchased your product form Product Warehouse through ebay.com and recieved the two disks but cannot get them to work.
what should I do? |

As of May 13,2004 Windows Into Virtuosity is not honoring any sales from Product Warehouse or Royal Bargains of the product called Master All Strings. We no longer provide technical assistance for Master All Strings. |

A CD Rom set from Windows Into Virtuosity must have an approved Serial Number. It is normally found on your product registration card. CD#31019Z08 is not an approved serial number. |
